Conferences and Trade Shows

Conferences, trade shows, and webinars have been an important part of my work connecting education organizations with teachers, administrators, and district leaders. These events provide opportunities to introduce products, share research and instructional insights, and build relationships with educators and education leaders.

I have supported conference participation from initial planning through on-site execution, coordinating logistics, messaging, and marketing materials to ensure that events clearly communicate product value and thought leadership.

At New Classrooms, I managed conference participation for events focused on mathematics instruction and personalized learning. Responsibilities included coordinating booth logistics, ordering electricity and technical services, organizing booth materials, and managing staffing schedules to ensure the booth experience clearly communicated the value of Teach to One Roadmaps.

Earlier in my career at CTB / McGraw-Hill, I helped organize webinars, monthly meetings, and annual user events where educators and administrators discussed product roadmaps, instructional trends, and opportunities for product improvement. These programs helped strengthen customer engagement and contributed to a 2% increase in subscription renewals.

Conferences and webinars also supported demand generation initiatives by introducing new audiences to research insights, product capabilities, and educator success stories.

Event and Webinar Results

Conference, webinar, and event programs contributed to measurable engagement and marketing outcomes, including:

• delivering email campaigns to more than 100,000 educators promoting webinars and user events
• supporting thousands of marketing-qualified leads generated through integrated campaigns and events
• organizing webinars and user meetings attended by educators from diverse districts and demographics
• building an educator community of 20,000+ members generating 40,000 monthly views, which supported ongoing event participation and discussion

These programs helped strengthen relationships with educators and school leaders while extending the reach of marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
